What are your hours?

Are your products made in the USA?

All Veris manufactured products are made in a full assembly and test facility located onsite in Tualatin, OR USA. Although some of our components are sourced outside of the US, we make a concerted effort to maintain Made in USA compliant on many of our key product offers. Please Contact Us for a complete list of regulatory compliant products.


Do you have a minimum order quantity? 

There is no minimum order quantity to purchase from Veris. If you need just one, you can order just one.  

Do you charge a restocking fee for product returns?  How do I request an RMA?

We do charge a restocking fee when a product is returned. Please review our full warranty policy in our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Can I order Veris products if I don’t have an account with you?

It is not necessary to have an account set up with Veris in order to make a purchase. We accept all major credit cards. However, if you wish to purchase online, you will be asked to set up a web account to help manage your order history.


How do I get a product catalog?

You can download our product catalog HERE. If you would like a hard copy, please contact your Sales Rep.


How do I suggest a new product idea or feature?

We love to hear from our customers about new products they want to see in the market. You can send any product or feature suggestions to us by using our Contact Us page.

 

Who do I contact with questions about my invoice?

Our website has a robust Customer Portal. You should be able to find your order and invoice information by visiting the My Account page. If you still have questions, you can use our Contact Us page or contact your Sales Rep directly.


Does Veris ship internationally?

Yes, our shipping department is fully customs compliant and can ship to any international country. If you would like to discuss a specific shipping scenario, please contact your Sales Rep.

CE declarations of conformity are available on each individual product page. Simply search for the product or part number, click on the product, and scroll down until you reach the Documents section on the product detail page.
