Kent Holce, a well-known Portland entrepreneur and Jim Lewis, a commercial building controls industry veteran founded Veris Industries in 1992, with a single product (Hawkeye current switch) and a vision to become a leading supplier of sensors and peripherals to HVAC controls contractors. To accomplish this task they developed a customer centric direct to market business model, and a high performance results driven culture.
