Flow monitors receive flow data from transducers that send inaudible sound waves through the wall of the pipe or tubing. The data is converted to a useful format such as analog or one of many protocols. It can then be displayed on an easy-to-read LCD screen and/or sent to a building or process control system. Please make sure you select the monitor and add the correct transducer pair for your application.

Energy monitors include dual temperature sensors and combine it with flow data to output thermal energy ( BTU) information. These temperature sensors are available as clamp-on or insert types, with 3 available cable lengths. Energy monitors receive the flow data from transducers that send inaudible sound waves through the wall of the pipe or tubing. The data is converted to a useful format such as analog or one of many protocols. It can then be displayed on an easy-to-read LCD screen and/or sent to a building or process control system. ANSI Pipe (Steel, Plastic...) 2" or smaller

For ANSI (steel, stainless steel, PVC/CPVC plastic) specified pipe sizes of 2" (50 mm) and lower, these clamp-on transducers are mounted on the pipe and wired directly to the flow monitor (display/electronics enclosure). This design provides a convenient installation and does not contact the internal liquid. Standard transducers are rated to 185 °F (85 °C).

Copper Pipe 2" or smaller

For copper pipe sizes of 2" (50 mm) and lower, these clamp-on transducers are mounted on the pipe and wired directly to the flow monitor (display/electronics enclosure). This design provides a convenient installation and does not contact the internal liquid. Standard transducers are rated to 185 °F (85 °C).

Rigid Tubing (stainless steel) 2" or smaller
Rigid Tubing (stainless steel) 2" or smaller
For rigid tubing (thin wall stainless steel) sizes of 2" (50 mm) and lower, these clamp-on transducers are mounted on the pipe and wired directly to the flow monitor (display/electronics enclosure). This design provides a convenient installation and does not contact the internal liquid. Standard transducers are rated to 185 °F (85 °C).

For most pipe and tubing materials (including: copper, steel, stainless steel, PVC/CPVC plastic) with pipe sizes larger than 2" (50 mm), these clamp-on transducers are mounted on the pipe and wired directly to the flow monitor (display/electronics enclosure). This design provides a convenient installation and does not contact the internal liquid. Standard transducers are rated to 250 °F (121 °C).
